The swimming pool was delightful for relaxation.

The room was never serviced during our stay. On top of that, we faced frustrating issues with the exterior door locks, making it a hassle to access the hotel. The restaurant service was chaotic. we ended up waiting far too long for our meals, and I was disappointed to find my wife's steak overcooked.

Lack of elevators made luggage handling a struggle!!! Cleanliness issues suggested a need for more diligent housekeeping!!! Outdated furnishings left the decor feeling stale!!!

the lack of an elevator is absolutely ridicoulous, especially for a so-called hotel. i also can’t believe they don’t have any sofa beds, the front desk staff should’ve at least offered me a complimentary upgrade for this inconvenience, but of course, they didn’t. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the cookies at check-in and the spacious indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel had great lounging options with an outdoor sun terrace and barbecue facilities for a fun evening. The only bummer was that the bathroom could've used a bit more space, but it didn't really take away from my stay. 😊

I loved the pet-friendly Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The breakfast was amazing, with so many tasty options to kickstart my day. Plus, the outdoor barbecue facilities made for a super fun evening, grilling and chilling with friends!

the surestay plus hotel by best western was a pleasant surprise! the location was fantastic, with easy walking access to food options. we loved the clean and well-kept facilities, especially the indoor pool and fitness center, which were great for relaxing and staying active during our trip. we found the parking easy for our truck, making it hassle-free to get in and out.

i recently stayed in the queen room with two queen beds, and it was really clean and comfy. the room was quiet, and i loved how comfortable the beds were after a day of travel. compared to my previous stay in price, this place exceeded my expectations with more food options nearby and a well-kept environment.

I had a nice experience during my stay. The indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day. One moment stuck with me, Jessie at the front desk welcomed me warmly and provided helpful information. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of options for a satisfying start.

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed, Non-Smoking, and it was super clean and comfy. The bed was huge and felt amazing to sleep in. The bathroom was small but very tidy and did the job. Really liked that the room had enough space for our stuff without feeling cramped. It was just what we needed after a long day of travel.
